đź”® My items are pre-loved vintage ranging from kinda old to quite old. Please be aware that a certain amount of wear and tear is normal when it comes to beautiful old things. I try to be as transparent as I can about the condition of the item but I might sometimes overlook a small flaw as an inherent part of a vintage piece. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
đź”® I do my human best to accurately show and describe my items. If any editing has been done to the photos it's only to make them resemble more what my eye sees in real life. Certain colors, particularly red tones, might appear differently from one screen to another. If you want precision please don't hesitate to ask.
🔮 It's always easier for everyone when returns or exchanges are not needed. Please ensure that you have checked the measurements, read the full description, examined the photos, and reached out with any questions or concerns. I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases!
🔮 Your order will typically ship from France. Please be aware of any customs fees or various charges that shipping to your country might incur. I cannot be responsible for any extra fees or charges.

Refund Policy
Orders shipped outside of the European Union are final. However, if you have an issue please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to find a solution.
Orders within the EU are entitled to a conditional 14-day return period. The refund will be in the form of store credit which must be used within 90 days. The returned merchandise must be received by the seller within 14 days in the same condition it was sent. The merchandise must be unused. If the merchandise exhibits signs of use, wear, damage, or is in any other way changed from the condition in which the seller originally sent it, the customer is not entitled to a return. Once the merchandise has been received within the 14 day period, the merchandise will be examined and if it is deemed that the required conditions are in order, a store credit will be processed.
All shipping costs of returned orders are the customer's responsibility. Please ensure that all required names, addresses and tracking numbers are accurately recorded as Moorchild Paris cannot be held liable for returned items which have been lost in the post.
