These adorable apothecary jars were made at the Faïencerie of Clamecy, which was founded in 1790 and taken over by Roger Colas in 1937. This small family business is still alive today and in the hands of its 3rd generation! But of course, the most collectible pieces are those of the original Colas artist, Roger, known by his RC signature on the bottom of his works.

They are in good condition, but there are some chips and hairline fractures on three of the jars and lids. See photos for details. The pricing accounts for these flaws.

Measurements with lids:

Hachisch: height 10 cm / 4 in, circumference 4.7 cm / 1.8 in
Arsenic: height 8.5 cm / 3.2 in, circumference 4 cm / 1.6 in
Cocaïne: height 6.8 cm / 2.6 in, circumference 3.8 cm / 1.5 in
Opium: height 5.5 cm / 2.16 in / circumference 3.2 cm / 1.25 in

Shipping

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If for some reason the delay will be longer, you will be informed. Once it's on its way, it normally takes 3 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

How is the cost of shipping determined?

The price of shipping in France is determined by the weight and thickness of the package. The heavier it is, the more it costs. If the package is under 3 centimetres it can be considered a "letter" and will be cheaper, but if it's over 4 centimetres it will be considered a package and cost more. I do my very best to stay under 3 cm and keep your shipping cost down but it is not always possible. (I charge the actual cost of shipping plus the percentage of the fees taken by the payment system. I do not take a profit from the shipping cost.)

Will I receive a tracking number?

Every package will come with a tracking number.

How can I see where my package is?

You can enter your tracking number on this site and it will show the status of your package.
