This sparkling serpentine beauty was made by Whiting & Davis in collaboration with 20th Century Fox and Vogue to promote the legendary 1963 film Cleopatra — featuring Elizabeth Taylor as the Egyptian queen.
A dazzling triple-coil bracelet in gold-tone articulated mesh, this beautiful snake coils around the arm, catching the light from every angle. She is a true 20th-century Egyptian-revival classic and one of the most recognizable Whiting & Davis styles.
This is a total statement piece. I have one in my personal collection and I often throw it on at the last minute heading out the door and it gives insta-glam!
It's in good vintage condition. The only real issue is that the articulated mesh has been stretched to the point where it no longer keeps its tight coil form when unworn, as best seen in photo 7. Nevertheless, it is still highly wearable and visually striking.
This timeless, elegant design remains as captivating today as ever!

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If for some reason the delay will be longer, you will be informed. Once it's on its way, it normally takes 3 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
How is the cost of shipping determined?
The price of shipping in France is determined by the weight and thickness of the package. The heavier it is, the more it costs. If the package is under 3 centimetres it can be considered a "letter" and will be cheaper, but if it's over 4 centimetres it will be considered a package and cost more. I do my very best to stay under 3 cm and keep your shipping cost down but it is not always possible. (I charge the actual cost of shipping plus the percentage of the fees taken by the payment system. I do not take a profit from the shipping cost.)
