1970s Guy Laroche Velvet Trousers

These beautiful cotton velvet trousers from Parisian fashion house Guy Laroche are of an enchanting color somewhere between Prussian and peacock blue.
Extremely soft and comfortable, they close up the front with a zip and a button, have decent pockets on either side, belt loops, and cuffs that button around the ankle. (For some reason I forgot to take pictures of this feature while I had them on but you can see the ankle cuff in photo 5.)
They are in stellar condition. If it wasn't for the fact that the sizing/care label is completely faded, I'd have considered that maybe these were never even worn. This is a true testament to the quality of Guy Laroche from this era!
They're marked as a French 36, which is generally an S and I'd say that's about right. Check out the measurements below and don't hesitate if you have any questions!

How is the cost of shipping determined?
The price of shipping in France is determined by the weight and thickness of the package. The heavier it is, the more it costs. If the package is under 3 centimetres it can be considered a "letter" and will be cheaper, but if it's over 4 centimetres it will be considered a package and cost more. I do my very best to stay under 3 cm and keep your shipping cost down but it is not always possible. (I charge the actual cost of shipping plus the percentage of the fees taken by the payment system. I do not take a profit from the shipping cost.)
