Moorchild Paris
1970s Jean Varon Summer Dress
Couldn't load pickup availability
This late 70s summer dress by John Bates' label Jean Varon is such a fun, flowy piece to wear! I love the colors and the tropical-esque pattern.
It is in excellent condition except that the hem needs restitched. I hate doing blind stitching so I brought my price down to account for this.
It measures like a modern S/M depending on your particular morphology. Check out the measurements and don't hesitate if you have any questions!
Under bust: up to 32 in / 81 cm
Bust: up to 36 in / 92 cm
Waist: Free up to 42 in / 107 cm
Hips: up to 48 in / 122 cm
Length: currently at 52.5 in / 133 cm if hemmed where it is now, but can be easily shortened.
(Belt not included.)

Do you ship to the US?
If you're in the United States, please reach out to me for shipping details as the situation is ever-changing.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If for some reason the delay will be longer, you will be informed. Once it's on its way, it normally takes 3 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know as soon as you place your order and we'll do our very best to get it to you within the desired time frame.
How is the cost of shipping determined?
The price of shipping in France is determined by the weight and thickness of the package. The heavier it is, the more it costs. If the package is under 3 centimetres it can be considered a "letter" and will be cheaper, but if it's over 4 centimetres it will be considered a package and cost more. I do my very best to stay under 3 cm and keep your shipping cost down but it is not always possible. (I charge the actual cost of shipping plus the percentage of the fees taken by the payment system. I do not take a profit from the shipping cost.)
Will I receive a tracking number?
Every package will come with a tracking number that you will receive by email once your order is sent.
How can I see where my package is?
You can enter your tracking number on this site and it will show the status of your package.
