I spent a lot of time trying to find information about these beauties. It seems they were made in the early 1900s by a company in Maine called The Lunn & Sweet Shoe Co. Amongst the photos of these glorious boots, you'll also find the company's business card, and if you search the internet you can find a brochure for their new models of the time, and a WW1 era letter from April 1917 urging all young men to fight for their country! (These last documents are listed on eBay and I don't want to use the images without the consent of the sellers but you can find them yourself easily.) They are in absolutely gorgeous condition for a pair of boots that are more than 100 years old! I suppose they are wearable but they have been a collector's piece for the last several years. It's up to you! They measure 24 cm from toe to heel, so that seems to convert to US 8 UK 6 EU 38. But they're very narrow, as with all boots from this era. DM if you have any questions!

Shipping

Do you ship to the US?

If you're in the United States, please reach out to me for shipping details as the situation is ever-changing.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If for some reason the delay will be longer, you will be informed. Once it's on its way, it normally takes 3 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know as soon as you place your order and we'll do our very best to get it to you within the desired time frame.

How is the cost of shipping determined?

The price of shipping in France is determined by the weight and thickness of the package. The heavier it is, the more it costs. If the package is under 3 centimetres it can be considered a "letter" and will be cheaper, but if it's over 4 centimetres it will be considered a package and cost more. I do my very best to stay under 3 cm and keep your shipping cost down but it is not always possible. (I charge the actual cost of shipping plus the percentage of the fees taken by the payment system. I do not take a profit from the shipping cost.)

Will I receive a tracking number?

Every package will come with a tracking number that you will receive by email once your order is sent.

How can I see where my package is?

You can enter your tracking number on this site and it will show the status of your package.
