1950s Peachy Pink French Satin Nightgown

This 1950s sleeping beauty is made of a glowing peachy pink-colored satin material. The neckline and armholes are trimmed with bits of lace, and the shoulders and the front of the waist are delicately shirred. It ties round the back with a stitched-in sash, which is marked "Voile Satin Lingerie Rhodia". I believe Rhodia was a fabric company, or a type of satin made by a fabric company. I found a lovely little drawing for it (photo 9)!
It's in excellent condition with just a few difficult-to-see marks here and there, the worst of which is depicted in the last two photos. There are no holes, tears or worn spots.
There is a tiny label marked French size 50. I'd say it comes out as a L/XL. Check the measurements and don't hesitate if you have any questions!
