This majestic green velvet dress seems to have been handmade so I can't say with certainty when or where she is from but I would say 1960s.
Trimmed with velvet tapestry ribbon, this beauty is highly unique and so very elegant.
She is in good vintage condition. Worn but nothing particular to report.
I'd say size S but check the measurements and don't hesitate if you need more information.
